As far as programs go, you could anything as simple as Windows Movie Maker (this usually comes with your computer if you have Windows XP and higher I believe), or you can use a program called Ulead, which is a little more advanced. WMM isn't very reliable though, so I'd go with ULead, or if you manage to come across other good programs like it, to go with those. <br /><br />You'd need equipment too obviously; a good video camera.
